Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Digitech Web Media Solutions (“DWM”, “we”), Nashik, Maharashtra, India. You can contact us about privacy at the email address listed on our contact page.

Information you give us

Consultation and contact forms. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, company, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, service interest, budget range, timeline and project description.

Free website audit tool. If you create an account for the audit tool we collect your name, email address, phone number, company details, the website and social profile addresses you ask us to review, and a password, which is stored only in hashed form.

Information collected automatically

To protect our forms from spam and abuse we record the IP address, browser information and the page from which an enquiry was sent, together with any campaign tags in the page address (for example utm_source). If website analytics is enabled, it is described in the analytics section below.

How we use information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you request.
  • To run the website audit you request and show you the results.
  • To keep a record of enquiries and our communication with you.
  • To protect the website and our forms from misuse.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, without placing form contents in analytics.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries, which may include our hosting provider, email delivery, and — where we have set one up — a customer relationship management (CRM) system that receives enquiry details. The audit tool may send publicly available information about the website you submit to third-party services (such as Google PageSpeed and an AI provider) to generate the report.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses a session cookie to keep forms secure and, for staff, to keep the admin area signed in. If we enable Google Analytics or similar tools, we will update this notice with details of the cookies they use and any choices available to you.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and audit records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on our contact page.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our data handling or integrations change.
